Apartments Kathi and Rosa
Cozy and comfortable (32 and 35 sqm respectively), ideal for couples or small families: - Space for up to 3 guests - on the 1st floor with balcony and cozy seating area - combined sleeping/living area with comfortable queen-size box-spring bed (160x200 cm), sofa bed (140X200 cm) and wardrobe - WiFi and smart TV with Netflix for relaxing evenings - well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, mini oven and kettle - modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries

I spent a long weekend in one of Sabine and Christian's apartments and felt incredibly comfortable from the very first second!
The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail, includes everything you need and is totally modern.
I also think the location is great - surrounded by nature with several walking trails, but super quick to get to Rosenheim or other beautiful places :)
I would come back anytime!

A truly lovely place. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hosts were incredibly kind and always available if I had any questions. It's a wonderful place to relax and unwind. They even had a basket ready for my dog, who was very welcome, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals. Everything is new and very well-maintained. Fantastic apartment! As a family with our dog, we had a wonderful holiday in this beautifully and thoughtfully furnished apartment. Our hosts, Sabine and Christian, were incredibly friendly, and communication was excellent and straightforward, including helpful tips for things to do in the area. The apartment was very cozy, and we found many thoughtful touches right from the start. We immediately felt at home. We highly recommend this apartment! Rosenheim is easily accessible, and day trips to places like the mountains or Lake Chiemsee are quick and easy, taking less than an hour. Many thanks to Sabine and Christian; we would love to come back again!

Yes, both properties are family-friendly. Villa Solara offers plenty of outdoor space and a private pool, and Casa di Limoni’s peaceful garden is perfect for families with children. High chairs and cribs are available upon request.
