Cozy and spacious (75 sqm), ideal for families: - Space for up to 5 guests - first floor with private breakfast terrace - WiFi and Netflix - two bedrooms: a king-size box-spring bed (180*200 cm) and a bunk bed( 2x 90x200 cm) for restful nights - bright living room with sofa bed (140x200 cm), smart TV and cozy dining area - modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries - garage included (please note the size of the garage door 2.45m (width) and 2.04m (height))


Apartments Kathi and Rosa

Cozy and comfortable (32 and 35 sqm respectively), ideal for couples or small families: - Space for up to 3 guests - on the 1st floor with balcony and cozy seating area - combined sleeping/living area with comfortable queen-size box-spring bed (160x200 cm), sofa bed (140X200 cm) and wardrobe - WiFi and smart TV with Netflix for relaxing evenings - well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, mini oven and kettle - modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries

    We are Sabine and Christian and we have renovated our former farm with great attention to detail.


    Our goal is to offer you a break where you feel completely comfortable –

      Yes, both Villa Solara and Casa di Limoni have free private parking spaces available for guests.

      Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

      Yes, both properties are family-friendly. Villa Solara offers plenty of outdoor space and a private pool, and Casa di Limoni’s peaceful garden is perfect for families with children. High chairs and cribs are available upon request.
