Our apartment Rosa with a size of approx. 35sqm and balcony is located on the 1st floor.

A queen-size double bed and a pull-out couch offer a maximum of 3 sleeping places - ideal for a single couple or a small family.

A parking space is available free of charge, a parking space in the garage for your own bicycles or e.g. ski equipment can be shared by arrangement.

The accommodation is located in a charming region with many excursion possibilities: Rosenheim is only 12 km away, Wasserburg am Inn 18 km and Rott am Inn 4 km. In Rott you can visit the famous rococo church. Various restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car. There are three bathing lakes within a radius of 5 km for swimming enthusiasts. The Alps can be reached in around 45 minutes by car - perfect for hiking or winter sports. Thanks to the good location, you can reach Munich or the Erdinger Therme in just 1 hour, Salzburg in 1.5 hours, Kufstein in 45 minutes and Lake Chiemsee in just 30 minutes. Ideal for day trips!

There is a bus stop just 200m from the accommodation. Line 9415 takes you to Wasserburg am Inn or Rosenheim. From the nearby train station in Ostermünchen (7km), you can reach Munich every hour in just 30 minutes.

Hochstätt is a tranquil and quiet place, ideal for relaxation and nature. Within walking distance there is a cozy pub with home-style, traditional cuisine and a butcher, who also offers a small selection of groceries. Several lakes in the surrounding area are ideal for swimming, walking or cycling. There is a nearby children's playground for families. The nearest supermarket is 2 km away in Schechen.
